Investec Bank Limited, as Issuers of the above MVLIDB, Enhanced Distribution
Security (EDS), advised Holders that due to the breach of the stop loss level of
R44.48 in the Underlying Share, as of close of business Monday, 04 August 2008
the abovementioned Enhanced Distribution Security (EDS) has been terminated.
The Rebate Payment, represents the number of EDS held on the termination date,
multiplied by the excess of the simple average of the Volume Weighted Average
Price ("VWAP") of the Underlying Share over the two Business Days following the
Termination Date over the Exercise Price (Strike Price) of R32.62. This amount
will automatically accrue to holders via instruction through STRATE.
The VWAP on Tuesday, 5 August 2008 = 3974.83 cents
The VWAP on Wednesday, 6 August 2008 = 4505.19 cents
The 2 day VWAP = 4240.01
Rebate payment of 978.01 cents
Holders will receive R 9.7801 for every warrant held
