DECLARED INTEREST DISTRIBUTION ANNOUNCEMENT ON APEXHI PROPERTIES LIMITED
ENHANCED DIVIDEND SECURITIES - ("APAIDC")
With reference to the declared interest distribution announcement, the Directors
of ApexHi Properties Limited have declared an interest distribution of 33.75
cents per ordinary linked unit payable on Monday, 1 September 2008 to ordinary
linked unit holders, recorded in the books of the company at the close of
business on Friday, 29 August 2008.
Accordingly, the warrant holders of the Enhanced Dividend Securities, APAIDC,
will receive an ApexHi Properties Limited interest distribution of 33.75 cents
per security on Monday, 1 September 2008, in terms of the Cession clause
incorporated in the Supplement between the holders and Investec Bank Limited.
The last day to trade ("cum" the interest distribution) in order to participate
in the interest distribution will be Friday, 22 August 2008.
APAIDC Enhanced Dividend Securities will commence trading "ex" the interest
distribution from the commencement of business on Monday, 25 August 2008, and
the record date will be Friday, 29 August 2008
