Shareholders are referred to the cautionary announcement released on SENS on 28
February 2008 and in the press on 29 February 2008, renewed on SENS on 10 April
2008 and in the press on 11 April 2008 and on SENS on 15 May 2008 and in the
press on 16 May 2008 and again on SENS on 27 June 2008 and in the press on 30
June 2008 and are advised that the Company is still in negotiations with a
potential Black Economic Empowerment partner, which, if successfully concluded,
may have a material effect on the price of the Company`s securities.
Accordingly, shareholders are advised to continue exercising caution when
dealing in the Company`s securities until a full announcement is made.
