DIVIDEND DISTRIBUTION ANNOUNCEMENT IN RELATION TO THE ANG SHARE INSTALMENT
Notice is hereby given of the dividend amount payable for ANGLOGOLD ASHANTI
LIMITED and that as a result of the dividend declaration relating to ANGLOGOLD
ASHANTI LIMITED (ANG) the Trustees of the Share Instalment Trust have declared a
dividend amount of 50 cents per ANGNIE share instalment that is payable on
Friday, 29 August 2008.
The last day to trade cum dividend is Friday, 15 August 2008. The share
instalment will commence trading ex dividend from Monday, 18 August 2008 and the
record date will be Friday, 29 August 2008.
