CHANGE TO THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS
In compliance with paragraph 3.59 of the Listings Requirements of JSE Limited,
the board of directors of SecureData hereby notifies its shareholders that Johan
du Toit has been appointed as Chief Financial Officer of the company with effect
from 8 August 2008.
For the past 8 years Johan has been the Finance Director of SecureData`s newly
acquired subsidiary, MIS Corporate Defence Solutions Limited. He is a qualified
CA(SA) with over 10 years` experience within the Information Risk Management
arena.
