Investec Bank Limited, as Issuers of the above MTXIDC, Enhanced Dividend
Security (EDS), advised Holders that due to the breach of the stop loss level of
R15.75 in the Underlying Share, as of close of business Tuesday, 5 August 2008,
the abovementioned Enhanced Dividend Security (EDS) has been terminated.
The Rebate Payment, represented by the number of EDS held on the termination
date, multiplied by the excess of the simple average of the Volume Weighted
Average Price ("VWAP") of the Underlying Share over the two Business Days
following the Termination Date over the Exercise Price (Strike Price) of R11.55.
This amount will automatically accrue to holders via instruction through STRATE.
The VWAP on Wednesday, 6 August 2008 = 1603.42 cents
The VWAP on Thursday, 7 August 2008 = 1622.83 cents
The 2 day VWAP = 1613.125
Rebate payment of 458.125 cents
Holders will receive R4.58125 for every warrant held
