DECLARED DIVIDEND ANNOUNCEMENT ON ANGLO PLATINUM LIMITED ENHANCED DIVIDEND
SECURITIES - ("AMSIDA")
With reference to the dividend announcement, the Directors of Anglo Platinum
Limited have declared a dividend of 3500 cents per ordinary share payable on
Monday, 25 August 2008 to ordinary shareholders recorded in the books of the
company at the close of business on Friday, 22 August 2008.
Accordingly, the warrant holders of the Enhanced Dividend Securities, AMSIDA,
will receive an Anglo Platinum Limited dividend of 3500 cents per security on
Monday, 25 August 2008 in terms of the Cession clause incorporated in the
Supplement between the holders and Investec Bank Limited. The last day to trade
("cum" the dividend) in order to participate in the dividend will be Friday, 15
August 2008.
AMSIDA Enhanced Dividend Securities will commence trading "ex" the dividend from
the commencement of business on Monday, 18 August 2008, and the record date will
be Friday, 22 August 2008.
