DECLARED DIVIDEND ANNOUNCEMENT ON GROUP FIVE LIMITED ENHANCED DIVIDEND
SECURITIES - ("GRFIDB")
With reference to the dividend announcement, the Directors of Group Five Limited
have declared a dividend of 60 cents per ordinary share payable on Monday, 6
October 2008 to ordinary shareholders recorded in the books of the company at
the close of business on Friday, 3 October 2008.
Accordingly, the warrant holders of the Enhanced Dividend Securities, GRFIDB,
will receive a Group Five Limited dividend of 60 cents per security on Monday, 6
October 2008 in terms of the Cession clause incorporated in the Supplement
between the holders and Investec Bank Limited. The last day to trade ("cum"
the dividend) in order to participate in the dividend will be Friday, 26
September 2008.
GRFIDB Enhanced Dividend Securities will commence trading "ex" the dividend from
the commencement of business on Monday, 29 September 2008, and the record date
will be Friday, 3 October 2008.
