RESULTS OF THE ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING
The annual general meeting of Primeserv shareholders was held on Tuesday, 12
August 2008. All the ordinary resolutions and the special resolution as set out
in the notice of annual general meeting to shareholders, dated 18 June 2008,
were approved by the requisite majority of shareholders. The special resolution
will be submitted for registration at the Registrar of Companies in due course.
