GijimaAst is proud to announce the appointment of Miss Londiwe Mthembu (48) as
non-executive director. Miss Mthembu currently runs and manages a private
consulting business focusing on accounting, tax, internal audit, risk management
and business consulting. She also has various other interests in the property
development, mining and financial services space. She is a member of various
institutions such as the Black Management Forum, Institute of Financial and
Commercial Accountants, Institute of Directors, Zululand Chamber of Business and
Institute of Internal Auditors. Miss Mthembu serves on various Audit
Committees, namely at the Department of Foreign Affairs, Department of Home
Affairs and GijimaAst. She is also a director and the Vice Chairman of the
Mhlathuze Water Board.
