DEALINGS IN SECURITIES
In compliance with sections 3.63 - 3.73 of the Listings Requirements of the
JSE Limited, ApexHi discloses that it has been notified by Madison Property
Fund Managers Limited ("Madison"), an "independent entity" (as contemplated
in paragraph 3.63 of the JSE Listings Requirements) that on 11 August 2008
Madison disposed of 503,534 ApexHi C units at a price of R6.63 per unit and
512,695 ApexHi C units at a price of R6.65 per unit (with total values of
R3,338,430.42 and R3,409,421.75 respectively). Madison has advised that 500
000 ApexHi C units were disposed of to reimburse ApexHi for a portion of
ApexHi`s incentivisation commitment its chief executive officer and the
balance were disposed of to fund incentivisation commitments to Madison staff
seconded to ApexHi. Marc Wainer and Wolf Cesman who are directors of Madison
are also directors and direct or indirect unitholders of ApexHi.
