CANCELLATION OF SPECIFIC ISSUE OF SHARES FOR CASH TO THE WOODLANE CONSORTIUM
("WOODLANE") AND WITHDRAWAL OF CAUTIONARY ANNOUNCEMENT
Shareholders are referred to the announcement dated 10 April 2008 confirming the
issue of 48 591 455 new ordinary shares of 1 cent each to Woodlane.
Following further discussions between the parties, the parties have decided
jointly to pursue separate opportunities and that it would be appropriate to
cancel the transaction. The shares will be cancelled and application shall be
made to the JSE Limited to delist the shares.
The directors of Stella Vista shall pursue its business operations both locally
and internationally, and are confident that the Company will continue to grow
its profits and operations in the future.
As a result of this announcement, the cautionary dated 1 July 2008 is hereby
withdrawn.
