TRADING STATEMENT
Further to the trading statement issued by Distell Group Limited ("Distell") on
Thursday, 14 August 2008, shareholders of KWV Investments are advised that for
the year ended 30 June 2008 the basic earnings per share is expected to be
approximately 12% higher and headline earnings per share ("HEPS") approximately
20% higher than that of the comparative year ended 30 June 2007.
According to Distell`s trading statement the increase is largely attributable to
an improvement in trading income for the year to 30 June 2008.
The forecast financial information on which Distell`s trading statement of 14
August 2008 is based has not been reviewed or reported on by Distell`s auditors.
