WITHDRAWAL OF CAUTIONARY ANNOUNCEMENT
Astrapak ordinary and preference shareholders ("Astrapak shareholders") are
referred to the cautionary announcements dated 10 April 2008, 22 May 2008 and 3
July 2008 ("the cautionary announcements"). Astrapak shareholders are advised
that the cautionary announcements were in relation to an unsolicited, credible
expression of interest to acquire the entire issued ordinary and preference
share capital of the Company by a potential acquiror ("the potential acquiror").
After initial discussions with the Company, the Company and the potential
acquiror have agreed not to proceed with the discussions.
Astrapak shareholders are therefore no longer required to exercise caution when
dealing in Astrapak shares.
