TRADING STATEMENT
Hyprop anticipates that distributable earnings per combined unit for the six
month period ended 30 June 2008 will be between 15% and 16% higher than the
previous corresponding period.
The financial results on which this trading statement is based have not been
reviewed or reported on by Hyprop`s auditors.
