DECLARED FINAL DIVIDEND ANNOUNCEMENT ON LIBERTY INTERNATIONAL PLC ENHANCED
DIVIDEND SECURITIES - ("LBTIDC")
With reference to the dividend announcement, the Directors of Liberty
International plc have declared an interim dividend of 192.39 cents per ordinary
share. The dividend is payable on Tuesday, 16 September 2008 to ordinary
shareholder.
Accordingly, the warrant holders of the Enhanced Dividend Securities, LBTIDC,
will receive a Liberty International plc interim dividend of 16.5p per security
payable on Tuesday, 16 September 2008 in terms of the Cession clause
incorporated in the Supplement between the holders and Investec Bank Limited.
The last day to trade ("cum" the dividend) in order to participate in the
dividend will be Friday, 22 August 2008.
LBTIDC Enhanced Dividend Securities will commence trading "ex" the dividend from
the commencement of business on Monday, 25 August 2008, and the record date will
be Friday, 29 August 2008.
