RESULTS OF ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING
Shareholders are advised that all of the special and ordinary resolutions
proposed in the notice to members incorporated in the Notice to Members, dated
25 July 2008, were passed by the requisite majority at the annual general
meeting of the Company held at 11:00 on Monday, 18 August 2008.
All of the special resolutions will be lodged with the Registrar of Companies in
due course.
