In compliance with the Listings Requirements of the JSE Limited, Set Point
advises that as Mr Norman Kennelly is retiring at the end of August 2008. He has
resigned as Chief Financial Officer and Company Secretary, with effect from 31
August 2008.
Mr Martyn Evers will replace Mr Kennelly as Chief Financial Officer and Company
Secretary, and has been appointed a director of Set Point with effect from 31
August 2008.
Mr Carl Coutts-Trotter has been appointed as an alternate director to Mr Chris
Seabrooke on the Set Point board, effective 31 August 2008.
