REPORT ON PROCEEDINGS AT GENERAL MEETING
At the general meeting of the shareholders of Woolworths Holdings Limited held
yesterday, 18 August 2008, the requisite majority of shareholders approved all
the ordinary resolutions and the special resolution proposed at the meeting.
The special resolution will be lodged for registration with CIPRO in due course.
