FURTHER CAUTIONARY ANNOUNCEMENT
Further to the cautionary announcement dated 9 July 2008, shareholders are
advised that Esor has entered into acquisitive negotiations with two unrelated
companies, Patula Construction (Pty) Limited and Shearwater Construction (Pty)
Limited, which if successfully concluded may have a material effect on the price
of the company`s securities. Accordingly, shareholders are advised to exercise
caution when dealing in the company`s securities until a full announcement is
made.
