APPOINTMENT OF FINANCIAL DIRECTOR
In accordance with paragraph 3.59 of the JSE Listings Requirements, Metmar is
pleased to announce the appointment of Mrs Molleen Fiona de Wet as executive
financial director of the Company with effect from 20 August 2008. Mrs de Wet
was previously an alternate director of the Company.
