UPDATE TO TIWHEEL SHAREHOLDERS
Shareholders are referred to the announcement released on SENS on 14 July 2008
wherein it was advised that Nedgroup Investments 102 Limited had served a Notice
of Motion to apply for the liquidation of Tiwheel, and that the matter had been
set down for hearing at a later stage.
The matter has now been heard and, accordingly, shareholders are advised that
the High Court of SA, Transvaal Provisional Division, has granted provisional
sequestration with a return date of 21 August 2008.
Further announcements will be made in due course to keep shareholders informed.
This announcement is made voluntarily by the board of Tiwheel.
