REPORT ON PROCEEDINGS AT ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING
At the 2008 annual general meeting of the shareholders of Remgro held on 21
August 2008, all the ordinary and special resolutions proposed at the meeting
were approved by the requisite majority of votes.
The special resolutions will be lodged for registration with CIPRO in due
course.
