RESULTS OF GENERAL MEETING
TWP Holdings shareholders are advised that at the general meeting of TWP
Holdings held at Nedbank, 135 Rivonia Road, Sandown, Sandton on Thursday, 21
August 2008, all the resolutions relating to the acquisition by TWP Holdings of
the remaining 50% interest in its joint venture TWP Matomo Process Plant
(Proprietary) Limited were passed by the requisite majority of shareholders
present or represented by proxy thereat.
The special resolution will be submitted for registration with the Registrar of
Companies in due course.
