WITHDRAWAL OF CAUTIONARY ANNOUNCEMENT
Shareholders are referred to the cautionary announcement dated 7 July 2008 and
are advised that the cautionary announcement is hereby withdrawn as Sovereign
has discontinued negotiations with the empowerment group.
The company`s management will however continue to explore further opportunities
of this nature.
Accordingly, shareholders no longer need to exercise caution when dealing in the
company`s securities.
