RESULTS OF THE ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING
At the 2008 annual general meeting of the shareholders of Naspers held on Friday
22 August 2008, the requisite majority of shareholders approved all the ordinary
resolutions and special resolutions proposed at the meeting. The special
resolutions will be lodged with the Registrar of Companies for registration.
