Notice is hereby given that an annual ordinary dividend at the rate of 180 cents
per N ordinary share and 36 cents per unlisted A ordinary share has been
approved by the shareholders at the annual general meeting held on 22 August
2008.
In compliance with the requirements of STRATE the following dates are
applicable:
2008
- Last day to trade cum dividend Friday, 29 August
- Securities start trading ex-dividend Monday, 1 September
- Record date Friday, 5 September
- Payment date Monday, 8 September
The dividend is declared and paid in the currency of the Republic of South
Africa.
Share certificates may not be dematerialised or rematerialised between Monday, 1
September 2008 and Friday, 5 September 2008, both dates inclusive.
