CHANGES TO THE ALL JOY BOARD OF DIRECTORS
Following the recent rights issue and with Africa Heritage Investments (Pty)
Limited becoming the majority shareholder in All Joy it was decided to
reconstitute the All Joy board of directors.
In compliance with section 3.59 of the Listing Requirements of the JSE Limited,
notice is hereby given that the following changes were made to the All Joy board
of directors, effective 22 August 2008:
1 S Fanaroff and WA Parsons have resigned as non executive directors.
2 JW Walters has resigned as company secretary and financial director. A new
financial director will be appointed as soon as possible.
3 P Mariemuthu has been appointed as executive chairman.
4 MD Mawere, R Manning and MJ Janse van Rensburg have been appointed as
a non-executive directors.
5 A Gonsalves has been appointed as an executive director.
6 Africa Heritage Management Services (Pty) Limited has been appointed as the
new company secretary.
The reconstituted board now comprises:

P Mariemuthu (Executive chairman)
MT Pather (CEO)
A Gonsalves
Non-executive directors
MD Mawere
R Manning
MJ Janse van Rensburg
