RESULTS OF ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING
REPORT ON PROCEEDINGS AT ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING
At the annual general meeting of the shareholders of Pamodzi Gold held today, 25
August 2008, all the ordinary and special resolutions proposed at the meeting
were approved by the requisite majority of votes.
The special resolution will be lodged for registration with CIPRO in due course.
