NO CHANGE STATEMENT, NOTICE OF ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING AND SALIENT DATES AND
TIMES IN RESPECT OF PROPOSED CHANGE OF NAME
Shareholders are advised that the company`s annual report, incorporating the
audited financial statements for the year ended 31 March 2008, was dispatched
today and contains no changes to the audited results which were announced on
SENS on Monday, 23 June 2008.
The annual report contains a notice of annual general meeting. The annual
general meeting will be held at Matrix Corner, Howick Close, Waterfall Park,
Midrand, Gauteng on Tuesday, 16 September 2008 at 10h00.
PROPOSED CHANGE OF NAME
It is proposed that the name of the company be changed to MiX Telematics Limited
and the short name of the company be changed to "Mixtel" with effect from
Monday, 6 October 2008, in order to better reflect the company`s new corporate
identity and branding (the share code will not be changed). The change of name
is subject to the provisions of the Companies Act, 61 of 1973 and the Listings
Requirements of the JSE Limited.
The requisite shareholder approval for the proposed change of name will be
sought at the annual general meeting and the relevant resolution in this regard
is included in the notice of annual general meeting.
