AWARDING OF SHARE OPTIONS TO DIRECTORS
In terms of paragraph 3.63 - 3.65 of the Listings Requirements of JSE Limited
("JSE Listings Requirements"), the following transaction, in respect of which
prior written approval pursuant to paragraph 3.66 of the JSE Listing
Requirements has been obtained, is hereby disclosed -
Award of share options on 25 August 2008 at a strike price of 838 cents per
share, with the following vesting periods-
20% of total allocation on 22 August 2010
20% of total allocation on 22 August 2011
20% of total allocation on 22 August 2012
20% of total allocation on 22 August 2013
20% of total allocation on 22 August 2014
