and 15,223 at 553 cents on 11 June 2008; 1,487,551 at 432 cents and 12,449 at
540 cents on 11 July 2008; 1,000,000 at 575 cents and 1,000,000 at 580 cents on
16 July 2008; 1,000,000 at 615 cents on 17 July 2008; 89,580 at 620 cents on 21
July 2008; 310,000 at 599 cents on 23 July 2008; 425,664 at 586 cents and
356,336 at 587 cents on 28 July 2008; 400,000 at 590 cents on 30 July 2008;
35,000 at 605 cents, 500,000 at 606 cents and 75,000 at 610 cents on 31 July
2008; 210,000 at 630 cents and 60,000 at 631 cents on 4 August 2008; 279,561 at
630 cents on 5 August 2008 and 250,000 at 625 cents on 18 August 2008, (with a
total value of R54,077,164.50). The family trust of which Dines Gihwala, who is
the non-executive chairman of Redefine, is a trustee and of which his immediate
family members are beneficiaries, holds an indirect 29% interest in Ngatana.
