TRADING STATEMENT
In terms of the JSE Limited Listings Requirements, companies are required to
publish a trading statement as soon as they are reasonably certain that the
financial results for the current reporting period will differ by more than 20%
from those of the previous corresponding period.
Comair shareholders are therefore informed that, for the year ended 30 June
2008, the company having experienced conditions affecting the global airline
industry, earnings per share, and headline earnings per share, are expected to
be between 30% and 40% lower than that of the previous corresponding period.
The financial information on which this trading statement is based has not been
reviewed or reported on by the company`s auditors. The company`s results for the
year ended 30 June 2008 are expected to be published on SENS on or about 17
September 2008.
