DIVIDEND DISTRIBUTION ANNOUNCEMENT IN RELATION TO THE GND SHARE INSTALMENT
Notice is hereby given of the dividend amount payable for GRINROD LIMITED and
that as a result of the dividend declaration relating to GRINROD LIMITED (GND)
the Trustees of the Share Instalment have declared a dividend amount of 68 cents
per GNDNIB share instalment that is payable on Monday, 15 September 2008.
The last day to trade cum dividend is Friday, 5 September 2008. The share
instalment will commence trading ex dividend from Monday, 8 September 2008 and
the record date is Friday, 12 September 2008.
