RESULTS OF THE ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING
The annual general meeting of Adcorp shareholders was held on Wednesday, 27
August 2008. All the ordinary resolutions and the special resolutions as set out
in the notice of annual general meeting to shareholders, dated 16 July 2008,
were approved by the requisite majority of shareholders. The special resolutions
will be submitted for registration at the Registrar of Companies in due course.
