RESULTS OF THE OFFER BY TO THE POINT GROWTH SPECIALISTS INVESTMENTS 2 TO THE
SHAREHOLDERS OF VILLAGE.
Village shareholders are referred to the circular posted to Village shareholders
on Monday, 4 August 2008 detailing the unconditional offer by To The Point
Growth Specialists Investments 2 to the shareholders of Village other than To
the Point Growth Specialists investments 2 to acquire all or any part of their
holding in Village for a cash consideration of 100 cents per Village share.
At 12:00 on Tuesday, 26 August 2008, the closing date of the offer, Village had
received acceptances from Village shareholders holding 12 812 shares in Village.
Pursuant to the offer, To The Point Growth Specialists Investments 2 now holds 2
915 284 shares representing 48.0% of the issued share capital of Village.
