NEW BOARD APPOINTMENT
In terms of paragraph 3.59 of the JSE Listings Requirements, Placecol is
delighted to announce that Ms Constance (Connie) Nkosi has been appointed to its
Board as a non-executive director with effect from 25 August 2008. Connie holds
a BA in Psychology, a Master of Business Administration from Wits Business
School and a Diploma in Management in the Service Industry from The Wharton
School of Business in the USA. She is a non-executive director of a number of
other companies including two JSE-listed companies.
