APPOINTMENT OF DIRECTOR
The board of directors of Beget is pleased to announce, in terms of paragraph
3.59 of the Listings Requirements, that Mr Andrew Bennie has been appointed
chief financial officer and executive director of the company effective from
Wednesday, 27 August 2008.
A brief CV with regard to Mr Bennie is set out below:
Andrew is a qualified Chartered Accountant (SA). He has been a partner in an
audit practice for the past 24 years, involved in a variety of industries. He
will be of great assistance to the company specifically in light of his
knowledge of stock and logistical systems and support. Andrew keeps abreast of
new developments in auditing and financial reporting with his continuing
professional development program which is overseen by SAICA and IRBA.
