Further to CoAl`s announcement of 8 April 2008 confirming shareholder approval
of the proposed issue of 1,000,000 unlisted options to Finance Director Blair
Sergeant, and the Appendix 3B lodged on 10 April 2008 confirming issue.
Accordingly, the Appendix 3Y document may be found on the Company`s website,
