RESULTS OF ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING
Shareholders are advised that at the Annual General Meeting of the Company held
on 28 August 2008, all of the resolutions proposed, with the exception of
resolution 5b, were approved by the requisite majority of votes.
Resolution 5b, dealing with the re-election of Mr J Graham, was withdrawn as Mr
J Graham is an executive director of the company who holds office as a director
in terms of his conditions of employment.
The special resolution passed will be submitted to CIPRO for registration.
