NO CHANGE STATEMENT AND NOTICE OF ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING
Shareholders are advised that the annual financial statements for the year ended
29 February 2008 ("the annual financial statements") will be distributed to
shareholders today, Friday 29 August 2008, and contain no modifications to the
abridged audited results, published on SENS on Friday 23 May 2008.
The annual financial statements were audited by PKF (PTA) Inc Chartered
Accountants (East Rand) Inc. whose unqualified report is available for
inspection at the company`s registered office.
The notice of the Annual General Meeting will be posted to shareholders today
with the annual financial statements. Notice is hereby given that the annual
general meeting of the Company`s shareholders will be held in the offices of PSG
Capital (Pty) Limited, Building 8, Woodmead Estate, 1 Woodmead Drive, Woodmead,
Sandton on Thursday 25 September 2008 at 10:00 to transact business as stated on
the notice of the Annual General Meeting.
