In compliance with paragraph 3.22 of the JSE Limited Listings Requirements,
shareholders of Infrasors are advised that the audited financial statements of
the Company for the financial year ended 29 February 2008 were posted on
Wednesday, 27 August 2008. There are no changes to the reviewed results as
published on SENS on 8 May 2008.
The Company has not published an abridged report to this date as the reviewed
financial information, published on SENS on 8 May 2008, is unchanged.
Notice is hereby given that the annual general meeting of Infrasors shareholders
will be held at the offices of the Company`s designated Advisor, Sasfin Capital,
Sasfin Place, 13 - 15 Scott Street, Waverley, on Friday, 17 October 2008 at
09:00, to transact business as stated in the notice of annual general meeting of
shareholders circulated together with the annual financial statements.
