CHANGE TO ROLES OF DIRECTORS
In compliance with section 3.59 of the Listings Requirements of the JSE Limited,
the board of directors are pleased to announce the appointment of Mr Nikitas
Ghikas Vontas as Chief Executive Officer ("CEO") of the company and Mr Robin
Rainier will step down as CEO but will remain on the Board as an executive
director, both with immediate effect.
Besides his vast experience in listed and unlisted real estate in South Africa
Niki is currently involved in two global investment ventures in Malaysia and
Europe with a forthcoming AIM listing. Through the BEE enterprises of Bonatla
and CDA, the asset managers of Bonatla, Niki is currently involved with three
global partners in one of the largest technology open tenders in South Africa.
