DIVIDEND DISTRIBUTION ANNOUNCEMENT IN RELATION TO THE MUR SHARE INSTALMENT
Notice is hereby given of the dividend amount payable for MURRAY & ROBERTS
HOLDINGS LIMITED and that as a result of the dividend declaration relating to
MURRAY & ROBERTS HOLDINGS LIMITED (MUR) the Trustees of the MUR Share Instalment
have declared a dividend amount of 119 cents per MURNIB share instalment that is
payable on Monday, 20 October 2008.
The last day to trade cum dividend is Friday, 10 October 2008. The share
instalment will commence trading ex dividend from Monday, 13 October 2008 and
the record date will be Friday, 17 October 2008.
