DIVIDEND DISTRIBUTION ANNOUNCEMENT IN RELATION TO THE MSM SHARE INSTALMENT
Notice is hereby given of the dividend amount payable for MASSMART HOLDINGS
LIMITED and that as a result of the dividend declaration relating to MASSMART
HOLDINGS LIMITED (MSM) the Trustees of the Share Instalment Trust have declared
a dividend amount of 163 cents per MSMNIB share instalment that is payable on
Monday, 15 September 2008.
The last day to trade cum dividend is Friday, 5 September 2008. The share
instalment will commence trading ex dividend from Monday, 8 September 2008 and
the record date will be Friday, 12 September 2008.
