DIVIDEND DISTRIBUTION ANNOUNCEMENT IN RELATION TO THE IPL SHARE INSTALMENT
Notice is hereby given of the dividend amount payable for IMPERIAL HOLDINGS
LIMITED and that as a result of the dividend declaration relating to IMPERIAL
HOLDINGS LIMITED (IPL) the Trustees of the Share Instalment Trust have declared
a dividend amount of 245 cents per IPLNID share instalment that is payable on
Monday, 29 September 2008.
The last day to trade cum dividend is Thursday, 18 September 2008. The share
instalment will commence trading ex dividend from Friday, 19 September 2008 and
the record date will be Friday, 26 September 2008.
