With regard to the audited results for the year ended 29 February 2008,
shareholders are advised that the annual financial statements have been
distributed to shareholders on 29 August 2008 and contain no modifications to
the audited results which were published on SENS on 19 May 2008.
Notice of the annual general meeting
Notice is hereby given that the annual general meeting of ordinary shareholders
will be held at Glenhove Conference Centre, 52 Glenhove Road, Melrose Estate,
off Rosebank, Johannesburg on Friday, 3 October 2008 at 10h00 to transact the
business as stated in the annual general meeting notice, forming part of the
annual financial statements.
