DEALINGS IN SECURITIES
Linked unitholders are advised that, on 28 August 2008, Ngatana Property
Investments (Proprietary) Limited ("Ngatana") disposed of 2,800,000 Redefine
linked units as follows: 1,996,452 at 655 cents; 3,548 at 656 cents, 790,000 at
670 cents and 10,000 at 671 cents (with a total value of R18,460,135.48). The
family trust of which Dines Gihwala, who is the non-executive chairman of
Redefine, is a trustee and of which his immediate family members are
beneficiaries, holds an indirect 29% interest in Ngatana.
