Linked unitholders are advised that, on 29 August 2008, Ngatana Property
Investments (Proprietary) Limited ("Ngatana") disposed of 1,000,000 Redefine
linked units at 690 cents (with a total value of R6,900,000). The family trust
of which Dines Gihwala, who is the non-executive chairman of Redefine, is a
trustee and of which his immediate family members are beneficiaries, holds an
indirect 29% interest in Ngatana.
