Shareholders are advised that the directors of Credit U have resolved to change
the year end of the company from 31 August to 28 February.
The change in year end results from the firm offer by Blue Financial Services
Limited ("Blue") to acquire the entire ordinary share capital of Credit U and to
bring the year end of Credit U in line with that of Blue.
